• By speaking in low tones and muting all devices before entering the spa, you will help maintain a relaxing vibe.

• Our daily schedule will be strictly managed and the number of clients in the spa will be limited.

• In the event of a first-time missed appointment, 50% of the reserved service will be charged as compensation. In the event of a subsequent missed appointment, 100% of the estimated service price will be charged. 

• Arrive at your scheduled start time. For privacy and individual attention, we lock our door during services. Knock softly when you arrive. 

• Complimentary parking is available in front of the building, except Tuesdays for the Farmers Market. The Farmers Market is held from noon to sundown.​

• Booking your appointment in advance, or before leaving the studio, will ensure we can accommodate your preferred reservation time and date.

• There are no refunds or exchanges for packages. 12 months expire on packages.
